Q: Do they all have a stripey appearance?

A: There is just enough of a tonal stripe to categorize them as "Jeggings" rather than blue leggings. They are great.

Q: I wear a size 12 pants, would the one size 0-12 fit comfortably?

A: I think you'd be fine. I wear about a size 10, and while they tightly hug your skin and bootie cheeks, the threading effectively hides any imperfections. The waistband also comes up high enough to conceal my muffin top perfectly.

Q: It says to hand wash. Can I machine wash on gentle and then line dry?

A: Yes, you can wash on gentle and hang to dry. It comes out great!

Q: Can the pocket fit a smartphone? Or are they tiny pockets for aesthetic purposes only? I need big pockets for running after kids!

A: The fronts are just seaming, no pocket, but the backs can hold my Samsung Galaxy S9 while walking around. I wouldn't trust them for exercise or more than casual walking.
